Dance Team
State Dance Competition was this last Wednesday and Thursday and we preformed pretty well. We didn't place very high but the girls had fun. It was kind of a rough year jumping in in the middle of it. Next year will be much better and much more organized. We basically had practice all week on Monday night, Tuesday morning and Tuesday night, then competition on Wednesday and Thursday. My birthday was in there some where. Jon and Julie got Tim and I a picture of us together from our sealing that we can put up on the wall, It was so sweet of them to do since we didn't really have one. And I love it. I just don't know where to put it. Tim got me a few things as well, he was really sweet about it and put some thought into each thing. We lit Julies cake twice so I had some candles to blow out too.

Sounds cool, glad you found this fun thing to do with dance team...just what you need! I want to come and watch next year when you get to be really involved for the whole time!
ReplyDeleteIt's too bad you had to be so busy on your birthday week. But at least Timmy put a lot of thought into all your presents, he had been planning and debating about them for a long time. Do you still have dance practices now that competition is over? Or do you get some real sleep now??
